You have a strong background in IT support, with experience in maintaining and securing internal infrastructure. You understand the importance of cybersecurity and have worked closely with technical teams to implement IT controls and processes that meet security requirements. Your familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments allows you to support a diverse range of hardware and software needs. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and have a knack for troubleshooting technical problems efficiently.

What you'll do
In this role, you will take technical ownership of Radformation's internal IT systems, working closely with the CISO to define and implement IT controls that align with cybersecurity requirements. You will support internal teams by addressing their hardware and software needs, ensuring that all employees have the tools necessary to perform their jobs effectively. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining documentation, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
You will also play a key role in establishing IT processes that promote efficiency and security across the organization. This includes monitoring system performance, implementing updates, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. As you collaborate with senior technical staff, you will contribute to the development of scalable IT solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.
