What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform applications that serve GoodLeap's consumer solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into functional applications. Your role will involve optimizing application performance and ensuring a smooth user experience across all platforms.

You will also take part in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and debugging applications, as well as implementing new features based on user feedback and market trends. You will play a key role in the deployment process, ensuring that applications are released on time and meet quality standards.
