What you'll do

In this role, you will take on a leadership position within the mobile team at GoodLeap, guiding the development of an entirely new CRM platform tailored for clients in the trades. You will work closely with product managers and designers to define the product vision and ensure that the technical implementation aligns with user needs. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable mobile applications, conducting code reviews, and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with other engineering teams to integrate various components of the platform, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will involve participating in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, and helping to define the technical roadmap for the mobile team. You will leverage your expertise in Flutter to implement best practices in mobile development, ensuring that the applications are performant, maintainable, and user-friendly.
