What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the automation of critical operational workflows tied to GoodLeap's Virtual Power Plant platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external energy partners to identify pain points and develop solutions that enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement features that drive dispatch success at scale. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to unlock insights that inform product strategy and improve user experiences. As the VPP business scales, you will play a key role in ensuring that the product evolves to meet the needs of users and partners alike. You will be expected to communicate effectively with various teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
