What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and scale the Product Management organization at LogicGate. You will build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver on the product vision. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and ensure consistent execution across the product portfolio.

You will drive cross-functional alignment with engineering and go-to-market teams, ensuring that product development is closely aligned with market needs and customer feedback. Your role will involve evaluating and upgrading the existing product management organization, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance team performance.

You will act as a key product leader, engaging with customers and partners to gather insights that inform product direction. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement will be crucial in driving the success of LogicGate's AI-powered GRC platform.
