Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and impactful user experiences. You excel at understanding user needs and translating them into practical design solutions that enhance product usability. Your expertise in user research allows you to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the products you work on are both user-friendly and innovative.
You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, and you have a solid understanding of design principles and methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive product strategy and design. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you'll do
As a Senior UX Designer at GoodLeap, you will play a crucial role in evolving our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and contribute to product strategy.
