Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or marketing. Your fluency in both English and French enables you to effectively support client management in the French market. You are skilled in strategically assessing client needs and achieving success through effective sales techniques, including objection handling and engaged selling.
Your experience managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing has equipped you with a deep understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics. You are adept at building compelling narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy, ensuring that you can consult with a diverse range of advertising companies.
You possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and a keen interest in the digital economy, which allows you to help brands expand their businesses using Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your effective communication skills make you the face of Google to a portfolio of clients, and you are committed to listening to their needs and helping them achieve their business and marketing objectives.
Desirable
Experience in thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space is a plus. You are familiar with the latest trends in online media and have a proven track record of overachieving quotas to drive growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a portfolio of clients in an advertising or media sales context in France, proactively pitching and consulting with customers to support their annual digital marketing discussions and budgets. You will drive customer growth by delivering an outstanding sales experience and ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include establishing credibility with executives and serving as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investments. You will be expected to develop multi-quarter plans for achievement and engage in regular communication with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support. Your ability to travel up to 20% of the time will allow you to meet clients in person and strengthen those relationships.
