Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a technology international environment, adept at handling core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. With a preference for candidates who have 6 years of experience supporting executive-level management, you are skilled in managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution. You understand the nuances of working with global teams across multiple time zones and can apply project and program management principles to operational issues effectively.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you are the backbone of your team's operations, anticipating the needs of your managers and team members. You excel at resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise, allowing your team to focus on their projects. Your organizational and analytical skills are complemented by strong business judgment and communication abilities, enabling you to interact effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions. You stay updated with the latest Google products and services, using this knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.
Desirable
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion is a plus, as is familiarity with managing event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors. Your ability to assess and advocate for office space needs with minimal guidance will be beneficial in this role.

What we offer
Google offers a competitive salary range for this full-time position, between $93,000 and $133,000, along with bonuses, equity, and benefits.
