You have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment, where you've honed your skills in core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. Your experience supporting executive-level management spans 6 years, showcasing your ability to manage small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. You are adept at handling external partner-facing meetings and have a proven track record of supporting large global teams across multiple time zones. Your knowledge of process, project, and program management theory allows you to apply these principles effectively when solving operational issues. You possess the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, leveraging technology and the internet to enhance work efficiency. Maintaining confidentiality on all business matters is second nature to you.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you are at the heart of your team's business operations and activities, acting as the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members, helping them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay up to date with the latest Google products and services, using that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. What you'll do
