You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in any field and have experience using technology and the internet. You possess the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Korean, allowing you to effectively interact with local stakeholders. You have a strong foundation in project management, relationship management, and change management, which will be essential in your role. Your investigative and problem-solving skills are excellent, enabling you to analyze data and trends to provide actionable recommendations. You are organized and possess troubleshooting skills that will help you navigate challenges effectively.

What you'll do

As a gReach Associate, you will participate in a 12-month paid upskilling program designed for early career professionals with disabilities. You will work on a large project and several smaller projects, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with teams across various product areas. Your responsibilities will include developing recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services, guiding customers through the innovation lifecycle, and solving operational issues through technical troubleshooting. You will also have the opportunity to learn from Googlers across different functions, enhancing your professional skills and career prospects.
