You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience managing technical teams responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure. Your experience includes mentoring and developing managers, showcasing your leadership skills. You have a strong understanding of mission-critical systems operations, such as power generation and data centers, and you excel in collaborating with various business units to achieve company goals. Your ability to develop and grow team members through coaching and training is a key strength, and you possess excellent people management skills. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of Google's facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing strategies to minimize operational costs while improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact at the site. Your leadership will guide the development of programs and initiatives that enhance the operational capabilities of the data center.
