What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of Google's data center facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and validate processes for equipment operations. Your responsibilities will include performing compliance checks for data centers globally and responding effectively to any excursions or emergency procedures. You will collaborate with partner teams and project leads to set and implement both short and long-term strategies that align with Google's goals.

You will be responsible for managing the facilities team, ensuring that all members are well-trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities.
