Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, and at least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function. Your background includes experience in data centers or a related industry, and you excel at identifying and driving cost savings. You are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and thrive in unstructured environments, demonstrating excellent financial acumen and problem-solving skills. Your leadership, teamwork, and people skills enable you to influence decisions through disciplined use of data.

What you'll do

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions by modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics. Your work will be critical for senior management as they make strategic company decisions. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on details while creatively addressing big-picture challenges. You will lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking, and control processes, providing insightful recommendations and planning support to senior management. Additionally, you will partner with Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) business teams to deliver data center builds at the lowest possible cost, aligning with regional leaders to implement and maintain financial controls.
