With 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, you are well-equipped to tackle complex financial challenges. You possess knowledge of the networking, telecom, cloud, or fiber industry, which enhances your ability to provide valuable insights. Your problem-solving skills allow you to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments, and you approach your work with a high degree of proactivity and ownership mindset. You excel in communicating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders, and have strong stakeholder management skills that enable you to align cross-functional teams around financial recommendations.

What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst at Google, you will model business scenarios and track performance metrics that inform strategic company decisions. You will lead individual projects aimed at transforming planning, tracking, and control processes, ensuring that your analyses are actionable and impactful. Your role will involve driving strategic projects that enhance decision-making and improve the efficiency of networking infrastructure. You will influence technology decisions and provide financial guidance to business decision-makers, including developing ad-hoc business cases and capturing return on investment. Regularly communicating your analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive audiences will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you lead monthly finance reviews of financial trends and initiatives.
