Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing, or consulting within a customer-facing environment. Your fluency in Mandarin and English allows you to effectively communicate with Taiwan domestic businesses, ensuring that you can build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

You possess a strong background in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, along with a keen understanding of measurement and creative strategy. Your experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment has equipped you with the skills to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, consistently overachieving quotas to drive growth.

You think strategically about complex issues and develop actionable recommendations and plans. You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to move quickly and boldly while adapting to change. Your analytical abilities, combined with your knowledge of online media, shape how new and existing businesses grow.

Your relationship-building skills enable you to provide Google-caliber client service, conducting thorough research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made and persistently explore the business needs of Google's key clients, understanding how the range of product offerings can enhance their business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals by utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions, including YouTube, Google Search, and Display. You will design effective marketing strategies using your expert product knowledge, delivering outstanding customer sales experiences that drive long-term success for our customers.

You will be responsible for onboarding customers and building and maintaining a robust business pipeline. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and that clients receive the highest level of service.

You will analyze campaign performance and provide insights to clients, helping them understand how to optimize their advertising strategies. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be essential as you guide clients through the intricacies of Google’s advertising solutions.
