You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in product design or UX. Your portfolio showcases your ability to design and ship AI products, demonstrating your expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

With a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science, you bring an additional layer of depth to your design approach. Your 15 years of experience in product design or UX, including 7 years of leading design projects, positions you as a key player in driving innovative design solutions. You have a proven track record of collaborating with executive leaders and guiding teams to create impactful user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative design solutions that address user, product, and business challenges. As a Senior Staff Interaction Designer, you will mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to align design efforts with business objectives and user needs.
