Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in product design or UX. Your portfolio showcases your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. With 15 years of experience in product design or UX, you have a proven track record of leading design projects and collaborating with executive leaders. You are passionate about making complex tasks easy to use for billions of people and have a deep understanding of how to gather insights about user behavior to inform your design decisions.
Desirable
A Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. You have experience working with AI-driven ideas and can build conceptual models and prototypes to test these ideas. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the design process from strategic ideation to high-fidelity execution, focusing on empathy and clarity. You will create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring your vision to life. Collaborating closely with engineering and product management, you will ensure that the user experience is seamless and engaging. You will lead design projects, guiding your team through the complexities of user experience design while maintaining a focus on the end user.
