Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Policy, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. With 15 years of experience in data center environments, you are well-versed in managing complex infrastructure projects and have a deep understanding of data center equipment such as switchgear, generators, and cooling systems. Your experience includes building and managing teams, ensuring cross-functional engagement, and leading multi-disciplinary projects.
You possess a strong background in infrastructure and data center technology, with expertise in industrial-class electrical and cooling technology. Your familiarity with collocation agreements, site selection for industrial-scale projects, and real estate evaluation makes you a valuable asset in this role. You are also knowledgeable about clean energy initiatives and financial modeling, which are crucial for the development and management of data center projects.
What you'll do
As the Director of Data Center Delivery and Engineering, you will oversee the physical design and construction of data centers, ensuring that projects meet safety, cost, schedule, quality, and productivity metrics. You will create growth plans and be directly involved in resource planning for technical program management and engineering talent. Your role will involve researching and implementing new construction methods for data center equipment and facilities, as well as integrating design concepts into mass production.
You will collaborate with various teams to drive the successful execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring that all aspects of design and construction align with industry standards.
