Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 15 years of experience working in business organizations. Your background includes managing cross-functional stakeholders and discussing solutions effectively. You have at least 5 years of experience leading a technical services team, which may include business engineers, support, or consultants. You are skilled in building and managing internal and external stakeholder networks, with a preference for candidates who have 5 years of consulting experience in a technology-related field.
Your understanding of client business needs and technical constraints is complemented by your ability to navigate ambiguous situations and solve problems effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to tailor messages for both technical and business audiences. Your experience with Google technology or similar digital advertising platforms is a significant asset.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading gTech Ads, which provides support and media technical services for customers across the entire Ad products stack. You will help customers maximize their use of Ad and Publisher products, guiding them through account setups, ad campaign implementations, and providing complex technical and measurement solutions. Your focus will be on shifting the team culture toward a business-growth and customer-centric mindset, ensuring that every technical intervention is viewed through the lens of business impact.
You will identify opportunities where technical solutions can unlock new business growth streams and partner with business teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Your leadership will be crucial in removing technical friction that hinders growth, and you will work closely with various stakeholders to drive the success of gTech Ads.
