Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager for UKI Marketing to develop and optimize field marketing strategies. You'll focus on building impactful programs and fostering relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders. Who you are
You have extensive experience in field marketing, particularly within the UK and Ireland regions, and a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion. Your leadership skills are exceptional, having built and led high-performing marketing teams that consistently meet or exceed targets. You thrive on collaboration, developing strong relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You are innovative and enjoy creating out-of-the-box event campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to evaluate marketing performance based on ROI analysis and business objectives, ensuring that all programs are optimized for success.
Desirable
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation systems and lead generation processes. You are comfortable with data analysis and can translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. A background in managing both live and virtual events will be beneficial, as will your ability to share best practices across teams and regions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and own an integrated field marketing strategy for the UKI region, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives. You will create and optimize event programs based on thorough evaluations of target audiences and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding defined targets for both live and virtual field programs, as well as third-party sponsorships, to drive engagement and generate leads. You will ensure a seamless flow of leads from field events into marketing automation systems and to sales teams, maximizing pipeline generation and conversion rates. Additionally, you will build and maintain solid partnerships with critical field stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment across the organization. You will also play a key role in hiring and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within your marketing team.
