What you'll do

As a Policy Development Lead for YouTube, you will be responsible for developing global policies that enhance the user experience while ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will work closely with global teams to operationalize these policies effectively, addressing emerging risks and challenges presented by the latest trends. Your role will involve building and strengthening partnerships across various cross-functional groups, including public policy, PR, legal, product, engineering, and sales.
