Who you are
You have 6+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles β you've successfully led complex strategic initiatives and have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency through technology. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, and an MBA or Master's degree in a related field is preferred. You possess superb problem-solving skills and are adept at executing complex strategic and operational initiatives in fast-paced environments.
You are a collaborative, data-driven, and analytical problem solver β you thrive in environments that require you to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across time zones. Your high proficiency with structuring and conducting strategic analysis using spreadsheets and presentations allows you to communicate effectively with diverse teams. You have experience managing technology and analytics programs, particularly those related to AI applications, which enhances your ability to drive impactful projects.
Desirable
Experience with organizational change management and a strong understanding of customer support scaling through technology will set you apart. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can develop actionable recommendations based on thorough business analyses. Your ability to engage with Google-wide stakeholders on strategic initiatives demonstrates your leadership capabilities.
What you'll do
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will provide deep project leadership to solve strategic questions within the gTech organization. You will work closely with gTech teams and Strategy and Operations colleagues to develop solutions for complex and high-visibility business problems. Your role will involve project management of major strategic initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and engagement with stakeholders across Google.
You will launch and implement organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term transformational initiatives, driving projects and initiatives forward through effective communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include conducting strategic analyses, developing messaging, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing technology and analytics programs that support the gTech organizationβs goals.
