You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Operational Management, or equivalent practical experience. With 15 years of experience in the data center or technical infrastructure industry, you have a deep understanding of mission-critical environments. You also bring 10 years of experience in technical program management, emphasizing infrastructure investing or fund management. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, allowing you to tackle complex issues and think creatively to structure innovative solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with various levels of stakeholders, including executive leadership, peers, and junior staff. Your cross-functional collaboration abilities make you a valuable asset in any team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Energy and Location Strategy (ELS) team, which is crucial for delivering the infrastructure capacity needed to support Google's rapid growth. You will manage a complex portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring that Google's services operate seamlessly and reliably. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing a multi-billion dollar asset portfolio, driving informed decision-making in a highly volatile market. You will collaborate with project teams to identify and assess potential opportunities, quantifying their impact and value to the Supply Expansion Investment Plan. Additionally, you will manage a team of Technical Program Managers, guiding them in their efforts to scale Google's infrastructure effectively.
