Who you are
You have a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience programming in Python or C++. Your background includes 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, as well as leading machine learning design and optimizing ML infrastructure. You possess a deep understanding of speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, and other specialized ML fields. Your experience also includes software design and architecture, with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms. You have a Masterβs degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, and have spent 3 years in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical direction.
Desirable
You have experience working in cross-functional or cross-business projects, which has equipped you with the skills to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively. Your ability to influence and coach a distributed team of engineers is a key asset, as is your experience in leading high-impact projects.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of solutions in specialized machine learning areas, optimizing ML infrastructure and guiding the development of model optimization and data processing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
