Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience programming in Python or C++. Your expertise includes 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, covering model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and data processing. You have a solid foundation in software design and architecture, with at least 1 year of experience applying state-of-the-art GenAI techniques such as LLMs and computer vision. You are familiar with data structures and algorithms, and have experience in a technical leadership role, ideally developing accessible technologies.

What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Google, you will work on critical projects that leverage AI technologies to enhance user experiences. You will design and implement GenAI solutions, utilizing ML infrastructure to evaluate trade-offs between different techniques and their application domains. Your role will involve triaging product or system issues, debugging, and tracking resolutions by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact on hardware, network, or service operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that meet the needs of billions of users.
