Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising. Your background includes consultative sales, business development, and a strong understanding of the online media environment. You communicate fluently in both English and Polish, allowing you to effectively engage with clients in the region. You have experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders, and you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while building a robust pipeline.
Your understanding of the digital marketing landscape is deep, particularly in relation to app marketers and the app ecosystem. You are proactive, organized, and responsible, with effective communication skills that enable you to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions. You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive user acquisition and activation for Google's app advertising solutions. You will utilize Googleโs marketing solutions suite to provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions that drive long-term success. You will contribute to the development of Googleโs comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products, working closely with various mobile-focused cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include building trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs, and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You will collaborate with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google.
