Who you are
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, and you have at least 4 years of experience in a consumer devices battery technical environment. Your expertise includes mobile phone architecture and designing Li-Ion batteries, which positions you well for this role. You may also have a Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field, showcasing your commitment to advanced knowledge in electrical engineering.
Your experience extends to fuel gauge design or algorithm development, and you are familiar with test automation and scripting. You understand the intricacies of developing testing schedules for battery characterization equipment such as Maccor and Arbin. Your knowledge of product thermals, IC, and product packaging issues enables you to navigate complex engineering challenges effectively.

In this role, you will be part of a team that pushes boundaries by developing custom silicon solutions that power the future of Google's direct-to-consumer products. You will contribute to the innovation behind products loved by millions worldwide, shaping the next generation of hardware experiences.
