Google is hiring a Regional Product Lead to drive the commercialization strategy for their ads business. You'll work cross-functionally to launch new products and empower sales teams. This role requires 4 years of experience in product management or related fields.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology. Your background includes working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, which has equipped you with the skills to develop business strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Your experience includes partnering with clients on technical products, where you've pitched solutions, consulted, managed projects, and demonstrated products or technical sales. You possess excellent project management skills and have successfully managed complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions. You have the ability to structure compelling storylines and build presentation decks to support your position, along with fluency in an additional European language to enhance client relationship management in this region.
You excel in strategic thinking and problem-solving, with a proven ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, allowing you to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the commercialization strategy for Googleβs ads business, shaping the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of advertisers. Your focus will be on growing customers by launching new products to market, empowering sales teams with the necessary resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team. You will work cross-functionally and regionally, collaborating with global PSA, RSO, Marketing, Finance, and gTech to develop new opportunities that increase product adoption.
You will identify roadblocks in promoters' workflows and collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations to solve these challenges, enabling promoters to pitch more effectively. Your role will require you to engage with various teams to ensure alignment and drive initiatives that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
