Google is seeking a Regional Product Lead for Media Effectiveness to drive the commercialization strategy for their ads business. You'll work with Ads measurement and Attribution, collaborating with sales and product teams. This role requires 4+ years of experience in business or product management.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in business, go-to-market, or commercialization functions. Your background includes working in Ads measurement or Attribution, and you have experience collaborating with product management or engineering teams, as well as executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. You possess excellent communication, teamwork, and structured problem-solving skills, enabling you to manage operational initiatives and provide thought leadership effectively.

Your preferred qualifications include experience in developing go-to-market strategies, setting objectives and key results (OKRs), and optimizing resource allocation. You have a proven track record of influencing higher-level executives and sellers, and you possess knowledge of products in digital media solutions and media effectiveness, including MMM, Attribution, and Incrementality. Additionally, your ability to communicate fluently in German or French enhances your client relationship management capabilities in this region.

What you'll do

As a Regional Product Lead in Media Effectiveness, you will be a key partner to our sales organization, driving the adoption of foundational and advanced measurement solutions across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret and contextualize results from Google measurement solutions, demonstrating Google's impact on client marketing objectives. Your role will involve shaping the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of various groups of advertisers, ensuring that new products are launched effectively to grow customer engagement.

You will work closely with sales teams to position Google results against client marketing objectives, facilitating growth conversations and helping clients navigate industry standards in marketing and media analytics. Your responsibilities will also include driving the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business, empowering sales teams with resources, and channeling customer feedback to the product development team. You will be instrumental in optimizing resource allocation and setting strategic objectives that align with the overall goals of the organization.
