Who you are
You have 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaged priorities. Your background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and you possess strong project or program management skills, along with excellent communication and investigative abilities. You are adept at process improvement and have experience working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. Your qualifications may include a Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science, along with certifications in Process Improvement such as Six Sigma.
What you'll do
In this role, you will advocate for Googleβs users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the Google Fi product ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to develop and implement support strategies for critical user journeys. Your responsibilities will include enhancing customer support data analysis to gain insights and addressing immediate support needs while developing systemic solutions for recurring issues. You will lead projects that streamline processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency, ensuring that Google Fiβs products are optimized for every user.
