You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles. You possess a strong understanding of Generative AI or Large Language Models, and you have experience taking technical products from conception to launch. Your ability to collaborate with complex, cross-functional teams on high-velocity projects sets you apart. You excel in defining metrics, analyzing experiments, and generating insights to communicate results effectively to the wider organization. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will present regularly to executive leadership. You are passionate about consumer products and next-gen technologies, and you thrive in environments that prioritize user needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive usage, engagement, and completion rates for the Help Guide product area. Your responsibilities will include breaking down complex problems into clear, well-structured projects and generating new ideas while prioritizing features. You will collaborate closely with engineering to understand infrastructure design and trade-offs, ensuring the success of your product area. Your role will involve turning broad, ambiguous problems into actionable plans, and you will be instrumental in driving product development that impacts millions of users.
