Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages. If you hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, that's a plus. You have experience developing large, distributed software systems and are proficient in C++ coding. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, and cloud logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions is essential. You are versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full stack as technology continues to evolve.
What you'll do
As a Software Engineer III at Google, you will work on critical projects that align with the company's needs. Your responsibilities will include managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring best practices in coding and documentation. You will contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt it based on product updates and user feedback. Additionally, you will triage product or system issues, debugging and tracking them to resolve any impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
