Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 6 years of experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. You possess excellent influencing and executive stakeholder management skills, and you are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills. You can translate complex issues into simple language that non-experts can understand, and you thrive in fast-moving environments filled with ambiguity. Your ability to collaborate ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for AI allows you to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
What you'll do
As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy for Google's Ads business and ensuring flawless execution and operations against that strategy. You will build relationships with executive stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams, Product Areas, and global objectives. Your role will involve identifying ongoing growth opportunities and threats, developing plans to capitalize on opportunities, and mitigating risks while establishing efficient processes. You will structure and lead operational improvement initiatives from initial recommendations to full implementation, collaborating closely with the global GTM organization to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation.
