Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects effectively.
You possess a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile project management, or similar, which demonstrates your commitment to best practices in project management. Your understanding of technical subjects and emerging technologies allows you to lead programs at a global level, ensuring that you can navigate the complexities of modern network solutions.
Your analytical, communication, and presentation skills are excellent, enabling you to articulate project goals and updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You believe that a problem isnβt truly solved until itβs resolved for all, reflecting your dedication to inclusive solutions that benefit everyone.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve ensuring that project management best practices are followed, including regular project updates and risk mitigation strategies.
You will be responsible for delivering secure and reliable end-to-end network services at scale for all Googlers across Googleβs global real estate and data center footprint. This includes identifying when additional tools and process improvements are needed and raising their visibility at both regional and global levels. You will ensure the quality of deployment activities and define metrics to measure them, contributing to the overall success of the Google Enterprise Network Delivery Team.
