Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in technical program or project management. Your background includes managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, demonstrating your ability to guide technical decisions and discussions with excellent judgment skills. You are adept at owning and delivering cross-functional end-to-end technical programs, driving consensus across Engineering, Product, and User Experience (UX). Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to present topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve advocating for Googleβs users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. You will contribute to product and program strategy by identifying opportunities, defining project goals, and ensuring alignment with gTech Users and Products (gUP) goals. Additionally, you will design, implement, and drive the adoption of frameworks, best practices, and data-motivated Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to improve program execution and enhance communication with leadership.
