Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience in program management. Your background includes managing vendor relationships and understanding facility electrical and mechanical systems, as well as design-build processes. You possess certifications in RCDD, PMP, or similar industry fields, and have at least 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, and fiber-optics construction management. Your experience working in data centers or similar mission-critical environments has equipped you with a strong understanding of formal change control processes. You excel in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs while resolving critical issues within the organization. You will develop and socialize processes and procedures to enable your team to operate efficiently with consistent results, ensuring adherence to project timelines and costs.
