If you hold an advanced degree, you may qualify with just 1 year of industry experience. Your background includes 2 years of iOS application development, showcasing your ability to create engaging mobile experiences. You are well-versed in data structures and algorithms, having applied this knowledge in both academic and industry settings. Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, or Objective-C is essential, as you will be working directly with these technologies to enhance the Google Photos app. You are a versatile engineer who enjoys tackling new challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Desirable

Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with concepts in distributed computing, large-scale system design, and user interface design. What you'll do

As a Mobile Engineer on the Google Photos team, you will focus on the growth of new users by improving their initial experiences with the app. You will collaborate with other engineers to design, build, and deploy new product features that enhance user engagement. Your responsibilities will include identifying, triaging, debugging, and resolving issues in existing code, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
