Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. With 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch, you understand the intricacies of guiding products through their lifecycle. Your expertise includes the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models, and you have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers to create impactful products that improve access to information.

You have experience building commerce or shopping-related products and enterprise platforms, showcasing your ability to ship AI-powered features for enterprise customers. Your analytical skills allow you to break down complex problems into manageable steps that drive product development. You are adaptable and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day, ensuring that user needs are always at the forefront of your decision-making.

Desirable

Experience in shipping AI-powered features for enterprise customers is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in AI technology. You are comfortable validating market size and commercial opportunities through comprehensive user-based research and business impact analysis. Your ability to secure stakeholder buy-in for product goals establishes a cohesive narrative and direction for your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will work closely with product teams to innovate and incubate new ideas, ensuring that all aspects of product development are aligned with user needs and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to meet user demands. You will direct teams in the identification, collection, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative product metrics for both new and existing business ventures.
