You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and fulfillment planning, which equips you to handle complex projects effectively. You possess a Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines, which enhances your understanding of the field. You have a strong grasp of data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, and forecasting, allowing you to derive actionable insights from data. Your knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices, along with sales and operations planning processes, positions you as a valuable asset in managing supply chain projects. Excellent problem-solving skills define your approach, as you believe that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all stakeholders involved.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders to plan requirements and manage project schedules. You will identify risks and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company, ensuring that everyone is aligned on progress and deadlines. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to build trusted relationships with program stakeholders. You will serve as a subject matter expert, defining processes, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track project success. Your role will involve continuous process improvement for internal and third-party data centers, enabling efficient supply chain processes. You will be responsible for managing expectations and ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
