Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, materials program management, and procurement. Your background includes 5 years in the electronics or consumer hardware industry, and you possess excellent problem-solving skills to resolve operational tests. You excel at building relationships and managing multiple projects across functions, demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your expertise in supply chain program management ensures efficient execution and delivery of key initiatives. You are adept at architecting data-motivated frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage supply chain health performance, transforming raw supply chain data into insights and executive-level reports.

Desirable

An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred, as is experience in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) management. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on project goals.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate the players and keep them updated on progress and deadlines.

You will focus on the Google Pixel team, which is dedicated to designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. Your responsibilities will include standardizing and scaling materials management processes across all product lines and manufacturing sites to ensure global operational consistency and scalability. You will also be tasked with managing supply risks and financial constraints, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company's strategic goals.

What we offer

At Google, you will be part of a team that shapes the future of Pixel devices and services through advanced designs and techniques. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to the company's mission of creating opportunities for everyone. The collaborative environment encourages innovation and growth, allowing you to develop your skills while making a significant impact on the consumer hardware landscape.
