Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in program management. Your background includes experience in supply chain operations, particularly within the retail or consumer hardware sector, and you are familiar with supply and demand planning processes such as forecasting and inventory allocation. You thrive in ambiguous situations and have a passion for solving unstructured problems, which makes you an ideal fit for this role.
Your experience includes applying AI and machine learning solutions to automate workflows and optimize supply chain performance. You have a proven track record of managing projects in a global, multi-disciplinary environment, and you possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You are adept at synthesizing data sources into strategic insights that can be communicated effectively at both executive and operational levels.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
