Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 2 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes procurement, supply chain management, or inventory planning, particularly in a new product introduction (NPI) role. You have direct engagement experience in manufacturing operations, procurement, logistics, and supply chain network design and strategy.

With 5 years of experience in project management, you have successfully launched new hardware products for electronics, such as PCBA, servers, and racks. You are adept at managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, and you possess experience with materials supply chain, hardware planning, bill of materials, and product cost. You understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all stakeholders involved.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will coordinate efforts across various offices, time zones, and hemispheres, ensuring that all players are updated on progress and deadlines.

You will lead cross-functional programs within NPI hardware manufacturing and product operations, driving business execution and delivering solutions for sustained and consistent NPI operations across various Cloud NPI portfolios. Your responsibilities will include developing, defining, and leading objectives and key results across multiple functional teams in an ambiguous setting. You will identify and deliver on process, tools, and system improvements for scale and operational efficiency, providing strategic guidance and disruptive leadership across the product operation and Cloud supply chain hardware/NPI portfolio.
