Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. With 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, you have a strong focus on managing indirect spend categories. Alternatively, you may have 5 years of experience with an advanced degree. You are skilled in executing sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations specifically within the data center or construction categories.
Your experience includes drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements within the data center or construction categories. You are adept at leveraging technology for the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights that support decision-making and performance evaluation. You have worked in or supported a construction environment for advanced data centers or manufacturing facilities, and you understand constraint management, capacity planning, and generating models of demand signals to identify, characterize, and mitigate supply chain risks.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution of sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories. You will analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify value opportunities within the category. Your responsibilities will include analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category. You will lead projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and driving innovation within the category, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
