Your background includes 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and at least 1 year focused on software design and architecture. You have a strong foundation in ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and data processing, with 1 year of experience in GenAI techniques such as LLMs and computer vision. You are adept at developing and evaluating generative AI agent behaviors and performance across various tasks.

You hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, and you have 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Your experience includes working in complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional projects, and you have spent at least 1 year in a technical leadership role. You are also familiar with developing accessible technologies, which aligns with Google's mission to create inclusive products.

What you'll do

As a Senior Generative AI Engineer at Google, you will be responsible for developing next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect and interact with information.
