With 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and ML design, you are well-versed in working with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, and data processing. You possess 5 years of experience in specialized ML fields such as speech/audio technology or reinforcement learning, showcasing your depth of knowledge in the domain.

Your expertise extends to design and architecture, as well as testing and launching software products. You have a passion for technology ideation and development, particularly in cross-platform shared code. Your understanding of ML systems and infrastructure for production allows you to effectively engage with both customers and engineers, ensuring that the solutions you create meet their needs.

You are knowledgeable about GenAI model development workflows, including post-training and product fine-tuning, and you are eager to tackle the technical challenges presented by the evolving field of Generative AI. Your ability to interact with partner model-quality teams in CloudAI demonstrates your collaborative spirit and commitment to driving improvements in model capabilities through data.

What you'll do

In this role, you will address the technical challenges of Generative AI, working to create solutions that enhance model capabilities. You will interact with various partner teams in AI-data and customer teams, driving improvements in GenAI models through a focus on data quality and model capability enhancements. Your responsibilities will include leading technical project strategies, overseeing ML design, and ensuring the successful deployment and evaluation of models.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports the needs of Google's products, which handle information at massive scale. Your work will directly impact how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. You will also be involved in debugging and fine-tuning models, ensuring that they perform optimally in production environments.
