Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in library science, education, linguistics, history, or a related discipline, along with 10 years of experience managing partnerships and coordinating technology-driven projects. Your ability to travel up to 10% of the time is essential for meeting with partners and attending industry events. You possess excellent people management, communication, and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively engage and build rapport with stakeholders.
Your experience includes negotiating agreements and managing relationships, preferably in a library, archive, museum, or academic setting. You are adept at working with digital asset management systems and library metadata, showcasing your technical proficiency in these areas. Your organizational and project management skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals and partner expectations. You will troubleshoot technical problems for partners, addressing view-ability issues for potentially hundreds or thousands of digital books. Your responsibilities will also include attending and leading industry-wide events focused on digitization, digital image quality, and digital collections. You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, product, and other teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
