Your background includes managing technical teams in the engineering and construction of data centers or facilities, demonstrating your ability to lead complex projects from start to finish.

With 8 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure, you possess a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects involved in data center construction. Your expertise allows you to effectively communicate with stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met.

You have a Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, which enhances your qualifications for this role. Your experience managing cross-functional projects has equipped you with the skills necessary to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain adherence to project timelines and costs.

Your knowledge of vendor relationships and standard design and construction practices, along with experience in design-build processes, documentation, and agreements, makes you a valuable asset to the team. You are familiar with data center equipment and environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and security monitoring systems, which is crucial for overseeing construction and commissioning processes.

You understand safety management best practices and are committed to resolving critical issues within a matrix organization. Your problem-solving skills ensure that you can navigate challenges effectively while maintaining project goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
