You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. With 8 years of experience in program management, you have successfully delivered cross-functional programs in a technical or industrial setting. You possess 5 years of experience in planning or management for data center infrastructure, real estate, or industrial facilities, showcasing your ability to handle complex projects. Your experience includes managing project portfolios, establishing risk governance, managing dependencies, and driving regional delivery timelines. You are adept at monitoring portfolio metrics like Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting on supply chain health. You have led cross-functional teams to define process architecture, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery are aligned and efficient.

In addition to your core qualifications, you have experience with data centers or other physical infrastructure in site development, construction, design, or engineering, particularly in changing environments. Your skills in planning and communication management allow you to create comprehensive project plans and manage dependencies effectively. You thrive in cross-functional roles, interacting seamlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your knowledge extends to power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, or real estate development, enabling you to develop data-motivated technical insights and translate them into commercial solutions. You excel at building program teams and establishing systems to identify process improvements through performance measurement.

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Google, you will establish and manage the regional risk profile for projects, ensuring that all potential risks are identified and mitigated.
