Your experience in structured organizations has involved cross-functional or cross-business projects, showcasing your ability to navigate complex environments.

You are well-versed in applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to solve problems, particularly in security contexts. Your understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, threat landscapes, incident response, and security operations is robust, allowing you to contribute effectively to security-focused projects. You thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with large-scale data processing and analytics systems.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus, enhancing your qualifications for this role. Your familiarity with distributed computing, networking, and data storage will further strengthen your candidacy, as these are critical areas for Google Cloud's operations.

What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Google Cloud, you will work on specific projects critical to Google’s needs, with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our AI/ML customer base evolve.
