Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in strategy and operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting, ideally within a technology or media company. Your background includes familiarity with Google products or services, and you possess the ability to develop compelling, executive-facing presentations. You excel at building productive relationships and leading discussions with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. Your organizational, investigative, and problem-solving skills enable you to manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing analysis with big-picture thinking.

You are comfortable working in a global, highly cross-functional environment and have a proven track record of translating insights into actionable strategies. You understand the importance of fostering collaboration and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Your experience includes developing business cases and implementing strategic recommendations that drive success.

What you'll do

As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be a critical driver of success for the Google Operations Center (GOC) within gTech. You will help define and execute the GOC's strategic goals, ensuring that cross-functional collaboration is at the forefront of your initiatives. Your role will involve leveraging Google and GOC data along with business intelligence tools for proactive monitoring and predictive analytics. You will provide program management support for high-priority strategic initiatives, partnering across multiple functions to drive change and improve operational efficiency.

You will document and track key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), as well as risks, issues, decisions, and action items. Your ability to create value through deep functional and business expertise will empower the GOC to achieve its goals. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that strategic recommendations are implemented effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
